The Early Days Package
12 hours of personalised support during the first six weeks after birth, as you settle into life with your baby.
The first few weeks with a new baby can be wonderful, emotional and overwhelming all at once. As you begin to recover from birth and get to know your baby, it's completely normal to have moments of uncertainty, exhaustion and self-doubt.
The Early Days package is designed to help lighten the load and find your feet in those very first few weeks.
Whether you need practical help around the house, someone to hold your baby while you have a shower, reassurance that what you're experiencing is normal, or simply a listening ear over a cup of tea, my support is always guided by what feels most helpful for you and your family on the day.
My role isn't to arrive with all the answers. It's to walk alongside you, offering practical, emotional and evidence-informed support as you grow in confidence and find your own rhythm as a family.
